Each model has three compartments: The back compartment holds a pistol and has speed-opening rings offering ambidextrous accessibility; the middle compartment is designed to hold handcuffs, a flashlight, tactical baton, spare magazine/pepper spray and has a divider for documents.  The front compartment offers space for a cellular phone, duty radio or documents.
